How to Upgrade a Building in "Ponzi" on Facebook

Upgrading your building on "Ponzi" depends on your employee morale, productivity and cash flow.

"Ponzi, Inc." is a business-simulation game developed by Challenge Games for Facebook. "Ponzi" allows you to name your business, hire employees, assign jobs, earn money, upgrade your building, increase your workforce and buy supplies. Just like in the business world, employee morale and productivity factor into the success of your business.

Instructions

1. Complete jobs. To earn enough money to do anything in "Ponzi," you have to complete tasks in the game. Pick a task by clicking on "Do Jobs" on the left side of your game screen. Jobs can vary from meetings to producing infomercials.

2. Monitor employee morale. Unhappy employees won't be productive and may quit. Just like in the real world, it costs more money to hire a new employee than retain a current staff member. Keep your people happy while finishing those tasks.

3. Buy perks. Upgrading your building is found under "Perks" on the left side of the game screen. Make sure you have accomplished enough jobs to earn the money required for your desired upgrade. After starting in a garage, moving to a studio, and building your way up to a skyscraper, you can be a mega-business tycoon in no time.

Tips & Warnings

• Pay cash for the upgrades if you're unwilling to wait for the tasks.
