How Do I Cover an Age Spot Above the Lip?
One of the side effects of getting older is that one's age begins to show on the skin; problems such as age spots are usually the result of many years' worth of damage to the skin caused by sun exposure. These spots commonly appear as darker-pigmented areas that don't match the skin around them and they may add years to a person's appearance. Fortunately, just as with pimples, uneven skin tone and other imperfections, an age spot on your face is quick and simple to conceal with makeup. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Select a concealer that comes in a pot, as these are thicker than stick or liquid concealers and will give more thorough coverage. A peach-toned concealer will work well to cancel out the brown pigment of age spots.
-
2
Dip a small, flat-tipped makeup brush into the concealer pot. Dab the concealer onto your age spot with the brush, then use your finger to gently blend, starting at the center of the spot and moving outward.

3
Cover the concealer with your regular foundation. If the spot still shows through at all, dab on a lightweight under-eye concealer that matches the color of your foundation.
