How to Make a Cardboard Suit
If you are the kind of person who likes to be the funny guy at a party, the cardboard suit will surely get some laughs at a costume party. In order to make a cardboard suit, you will need a good amount of cardboard because it takes a lot to cover a body. Also, it is best to use thick cardboard such as the kind that is used to ship refrigerators in. This kind of cardboard is more durable than other kinds.

Measure the arms, legs and waist with the tape measure of your subject. Measure their length and their circumference.

Draw the outline of the sleeves, legs and torso on the cardboard using the measurements created in Step 1.

Cut out the outlines with a knife.

Connect glue-on Velcro strips to the sides of the cardboard. Make sure that the straps will connect with another piece of Velcro so that they stay together.

Apply the cardboard to the subject. Connect the Velcro straps so that the pieces of cardboard stay on the body.
