DIY: Eyelash Removal

Fake eyelashes add instant appeal to eyes.

Eyelashes are the wardrobe of the eyes: Eyelashes can make your eyes look poorly dressed or fashionista fabulous. Because something as simple as long, luscious lashes can make you more attractive it's no wonder that fake eyelashes are so popular nowadays. Those who want to try fake eyelashes, but are worried about taking them off, need not stress; fake eyelashes come off easily with items you probably already have in the bathroom.

Things You'll Need

• Warm water
• Face cloth
• Makeup remover
• Tweezers
• Baby oil
• Cotton balls

Instructions

1. Soak the face cloth in warm water. Wring out the face cloth to remove excess water and place it on top of your eyes for about three minutes.

2. Put baby oil on a cotton ball. Dab the oiled cotton ball gently on your closed eyes until the extensions detach from your lash line.

3. Use the tweezers to remove the fake eyelashes starting from the outer part of the lash line.

4. Clean your fake eyelashes with lukewarm water and soap. You can also use makeup remover to make sure that your eyelash extensions are clean.

5. Place the eyelash extensions back in their case to help them keep their shape. Clean your own lashes gently with a cotton ball that has baby oil on it.
