How to Hear iPhone Calls Through Mac Speakers thumbnail
You can connect your iPhone to your Mac with the proper audio cable.

When you are making and receiving calls with your iPhone, you have many listening options. In addition to the traditional method of holding the phone to your ear, you can connect the iPhone earbuds to listen and talk or you can use the speakerphone option when you need to set the phone down and continue talking. If the iPhone's internal speaker is not loud enough for you, you may wish to connect your iPhone to your Mac and use its larger speakers.
