Instructions

    • 1

Cover the bottom of a basin with bath salts, then fill the basin three-quarters full with warm water. If the bath salts do not fully dissolve as you cover them with water, stir the water with your hand until they disappear completely.

    • 2

Soak the man's feet in the basin for five to 10 minutes. This will relax him and soften the skin of his feet.

    • 3

Take one foot out of the soak and brush it gently but firmly with the small brush to remove dead skin. When you have finished one foot, rub it with a body or foot scrub and replace it in the basin, then repeat the process with the other foot.

    • 4

Polish each foot gently with the pumice stone to remove stubborn calluses that the brush did not remove.

    • 5

Take your feet out of the basin and dry them completely with a towel. Apply lotion as desired.

    • 6

Push back the cuticles of your toenails gently so that they are closer to your skin, using a cuticle stick, also known as an orange stick. Rubbing lotion on each toe beforehand will ease this process. Repeat with all five toes, then the other foot.
