How to Track Facebook Chatter
Facebook users are most likely familiar with the News Feed, which groups status updates and shared content from your friends and displays it as a stream on the Facebook home screen. It is possible to track the chatter from more users than just your friends, however. Some users have their status updates set to "Public," allowing you to search through and track discussions about certain topics from a wide variety of Facebook users.

Log in to your Facebook account at Facebook.com.

Type your keyword or search query into the "Search" box at the top of the screen, then click the "See More Results" link at the bottom of the drop-down box.

Click the "Posts by Everyone" link on the left side of the screen. All public posts on the Facebook network will be displayed if they contain the keyword or search term you typed in Step 2. Using this tool, you can track certain topics and what people are saying about them. You've successfully learned how to track Facebook chatter.
