How to Do a Facebook Photo Header
The Facebook Profile page is where all of your personal information and photos are visible to friends. The new Facebook profile displays five of your most recent tagged photos at the top of the page to allow friends to easily access a few photos of your without the need to open albums. You can create a Facebook photo header with just a few clicks.

Sign in to your Facebook account using your email address and password. Click the "Profile" tab that appears in the upper right corner of any page.

Click the "Photos" link in the left sidebar. Open the album containing the photo you wish to tag by clicking the album name.

Click the thumbnail of the photo you wish to tag and select the "Tag Photo" link that appears in the lower left corner of the photo's main page. Position the cursor on the photo, begin typing your name and select yourself from the drop-down list. Repeat the process four more times for a total of five tagged photos in your Profile header.

Tips & Warnings
Note that photos of you that have been recently tagged by friends will appear in your photo header. Click the "X" that appears in the upper right corner of a photo in your header to remove it.
