How to Make Five Pictures on a Facebook Profile Page
Since the introduction of "new" Facebook profiles at the beginning of 2010, the five most recently tagged images of you will display at the top of your profile. It's also possible to hide newer images to reveal older ones, so you can control the five that display at the top of your profile page, determining which images friends and other people see by default when they visit your page.
