1
Apply a small amount of lip primer evenly to your upper and lower lip. Or, mix a tiny bit of foundation and concealer together to smear it over your lips. The primer or foundation combination will help to keep the lip color intact throughout the day.
-
2
Line your lips with lip liner that is the exact color of the lipstick you'll be applying. To make your lips appear fuller, apply the liner a little outside of your natural lip line. To give the lips a slightly smaller appearance, line the lips directly on or slightly within the natural shape of your lips.

3
Brush a generous amount of pure cocoa or shea butter onto your lipstick brush.
-
4
Add your lipstick shade onto the brush to combine it with the shea or cocoa butter. Even if the lipstick is already cream-based, this will make it even smoother, and provide your lips with extra moisture.
-
5
Apply the lipstick and cocoa or shea butter combination inside the lip liner "fence" you've created.
-
6
Wipe the lip brush with a tissue and dip it in clear lipgloss, or gloss that matches the pigment of the lipstick. Apply it to your lips for shiny and ultra-creamy appearance.
