      Chew your way to firmer skin. Stand up or sit down. Tilt your head backward so you look up at the ceiling or sky. Hold your lips together, but don't force them together; maintain a comfortable stretch in your neck and chin area. Make a chewing motion with your mouth and focus on the muscles that are activated. Chew 20 times before taking a break. This chewing motion also helps to eliminate a double chin.

      Perform neck rotations with a tilt to tone the neck muscles. Stand up or sit down and look straight ahead. Rotate your head to the right until it is above your right shoulder. Tilt your head backward and look up to the ceiling. Hold the stretch for eight seconds before bringing your head back to the starting position. Repeat the exercise to the left side. Complete the exercise six times on each side.

      Incorporate head tilts into your neck and chin skin toning exercises. Sit down or stand up and face forward. Tilt your head to the left side and bring your ear as close as you can to your left shoulder without lifting your shoulder. Hold the stretch for five counts before coming back to the starting position. Repeat the exercise on the right side. Complete a total of 10 repetitions on each side.

      Roll your neck to firmer skin. Stand up or sit down. Turn your head to the left so you look forward over your left shoulder. Roll you head down, bringing you chin as close as you can toward your chest. Keep your spine straight during the entire exercise. Continue the rolling motion until you reach your right shoulder. Once complete, roll your head back to the starting position. Complete a total of 10 neck rolls.
