Shoot your first bird at the stone wall directly in front of you. You should only worry about knocking the wall down for now.

Aim for the center structure. You need to break through its wall and land on the floor with your second shot. In the slingshot, pull the bird directly backward and then angle down just a few degrees. This will get you close to the required angle.

Launch the last bird into the third structure. The angle isn't too important this time, as you only need to knock the blocks over to hit the final target.
