How to Make Magenta Dye
When you dye your own clothing or textiles, you may feel frustrated by the lack of dye color variety at your supermarket or grocery store. One solution is to combine different fabric dyes to create a customized color. For example, certain fabric dyes can be mixed together to make a bright magenta color that you can use to dye a piece of clothing, curtains or a blanket. Create magenta fabric dye using a few basic household materials.
