How to Find Forwarded Emails in WebDAV

The Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning (WebDAV) protocol is a protocol used to create working copies of files between different locations. WebDAV is typically used to create Web shares, whereby a localized folder or set of folders is mirrored online for group use. If you have set a WebDAV protocol to connect, for example, your email mailbox with an online server, then you can access mail there as you would elsewhere. Access to this database requires a mail client, as it would on your computer.

Instructions

    • 1

Connect to WebDAV server either via the online protocol or using your syncing software. Find the mailbox that contains the forwarded messages. Select it and press "Ctrl" and "C."

    • 2

Switch to your desktop and press "Ctrl" and "V."

    • 3

      Open your mail client.

    • 4

Click "File," then "Import and Export." Click "Next" and then choose the format of the mailbox. Click "Next."

    • 5

Click "Browse," then locate your desktop stored mailbox and click "Import Mail." Click "Next" and then "Finish." Click "Sent" and then browse through for forwarded messages.
