How to Get the Mystery Box in "Kino Der Toten"

Mystery Boxes appear randomly in any room of the "Kino der Toten" map.

"Kino der Toten," a Zombies mode map on "Call of Duty: Black Ops," features plenty of secret rooms and hidden weapons that can help you fend off an invasion of the undead. In Zombies mode, Mystery Boxes give you a random weapon in exchange for 950 points. Before you can use a Mystery Box in "Kino der Toten," you need to turn the power on by flipping a switch behind the stage.

Instructions

1. Select the "Kino der Toten" map from the Zombies menu. You begin the game in the lobby of the theater.

2. Go up the stairs. Go through the doors on either the right or the left side of the lobby. If you go right, you need to fight your way to the dressing room. Once there, turn left to enter the stage. If you go left in the lobby, head through the alley, enter the back room at the end of the alley and turn right to get to the stage.

3. Go to the power switch in the southwest corner of the room. Flip the switch to turn on the power. The curtains on the stage rise, letting you know that electricity is restored.

4. Search the mini-map for a glowing green dot. This represents the location of a Mystery Box. Go there to pick up a new, random weapon for 950 points.

Tips & Warnings

• If you don't like the weapon the Mystery Box gives you, do not pick it up. After 10 seconds, the Mystery Box shuts, and you can pay 950 points again to try for a new weapon.
