How to Keep Eyelashes From Clumping Together

Clumping eyelashes are a frustration for many women. There are several factors that can cause your eyelashes to clump. Poor quality or old mascara often makes eyelashes stick together. It is important to replace mascara every couple of months to prevent this from happening. A few easy tricks will allow you to have perfect, clump-free eyelashes.

Things You'll Need

• Primer
• Lengthening mascara
• Volume mascara
• Eyelash comb

Instructions

1. Use a primer on eyelashes. A primer creates a foundation for the mascara so it can set without clumping.

2. Start with a coat of lengthening mascara, followed by a coat of volume mascara. The two different types of mascara help keep your eyelashes long and full and prevent clumping.

3. Run an eyelash comb through your eyelashes to smooth out any lashes that have stuck together.
