How to Get Spanish Subtitles on a Toshiba TV
When you are watching a program on your Toshiba TV, you might prefer to see Spanish subtitles. A variety of TV shows are available with Spanish language in closed captioning, which enables Spanish speakers to understand programs that are broadcast in a different language, such as English. You can also get Spanish subtitles when watching TV shows or movies on a DVD or Blu-ray disc with a DVD or Blu-ray player connected to your Toshiba TV.

Power on your Toshiba TV and tune to a station that offers closed captioning services in Spanish.

Press the "Closed Captioning" button on the Toshiba TV's remote control to enable closed captioning. The Spanish translation appears at the bottom of the screen.

Insert a DVD or a Blu-ray disc into the drive of a DVD or Blu-ray player attached to your Toshiba TV and switch to DVD or Blu-ray watching mode if you want to get Spanish subtitles while watching a movie or TV show on DVD or Blu-ray.

Press the "Menu" button on the remote control, or use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Menu" button on the disc's onscreen menu.

Press the arrow keys on the remote to navigate to the "Languages" setting option for the disc.

Press the arrow keys to navigate to "Spanish Language Subtitles" option, and then navigate to the "Play Movie" or "Play Episode" option to start playing the video with Spanish subtitles.
