How to Make Sign Up Forms in Dreamweaver
Although enlisting for some kind of action on a sign up form isn't considered a binding commitment, having a sign up form can be a way to organize an event, team or club. Take advantage of the Adobe Dreamweaver software to make a sign up form with quick table creation and image addition options. Dreamweaver, used primarily to design Web pages, offers the functionality to produce hard copy materials ideal for making lists and taking names.

Click the "Insert" tab at the top of the work area, then click "Image." Browse to a graphic to use for the sign up form, such as a school or company logo. Double-click the image, which adds it to the sign up form page. Adding an image is optional.

Tips & Warnings
Another option instead of using a table to draw the sign up sheet lines is to import an image of a line you crafted in a graphics program such as Dreamweaver's Adobe Creative Suite partner Illustrator or the Windows Paint software included with Windows operating systems. To do this, just repeat the image insert process, as Dreamweaver will treat the image file of the line the same as any other images, then copy and paste the line image file as many times as needed to fill the sign up sheet with lines.
