How to Run Applescripts on iTunes
You can supercharge iTunes with a variety of features and functionality not included in the program by installing AppleScripts. Designed specifically for Mac computers, AppleScript is a simple scripting language that enables you to enhance and automate control of your Mac software, including iTunes. Click the "Finder" icon in your system dock.

Click your profile folder and double-click "Library" and then "iTunes."

Click "File" and then "New Folder." Enter "Scripts" as the name of the folder and press "Enter."

Browse the Doug's AppleScripts for iTunes website library to find useful scripts for iTunes.

Click "Download" to save the script to your computer.

Double-click the script download to unzip the package.

Double-click the script DMG file to open the disc image.

Drag and drop the script from the disc image window to the previously named "Scripts" folder.

Restart iTunes if it is running to load the AppleScript.

Run an AppleScript by clicking the "Scripts" menu option and selecting the script you want to use.
