Instructions

      Rinse the shaving brush by holding it under a steady stream of warm water.

      Pull the bristles apart gently, allowing the water to get between them and rinse out any soap or shaving cream.

      Tap the shaving brush on the edge of the sink to remove excess water.

      Pour denatured alcohol into a bowl. Place the shaving brush, bristles down, into the bowl. Pour additional alcohol into the bowl if needed to cover the bristles entirely. Leave the shaving brush in the alcohol for 20 minutes.

      Remove the shaving brush from the bowl and rinse it under cool water. Tap the brush on the side of the sink to remove the excess liquid.

Tips & Warnings

  • Use not less than 80 percent denatured alcohol to sterilize the shaving brushes.
