How to Make Your Own Anti-Fog Glass and Windshield Spray

You can make an inexpensive anti-fog glass spray to keep your bathroom mirrors and the inside of your car's windshield fog-free. This solution keeps condensation from collecting on these surfaces.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Lint-free Cloths
  • Window Cleaner
  • Window Cleaner
  • Bowls
  • Bowls
  • 2 ounces white vinegar
  • 1 quart hot water
  1. Step 1

    Pour 2 ounces of white vinegar in a medium sized bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Add 1 quart hot water.

  3. Step 3

    Dip a clean, lint-free cloth into mixture.

  4. Step 4

    Lightly wring out cloth.

  5. Step 5

    Wipe mirrors and the inside of car windshields with cloth.

  6. Step 6

    Allow to dry.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure mirrors and inside of windshield are clean before you put the solution on them.

on 11/25/2008 This is a good glass cleaner, but I don't think it will keep it from fogging up. You list window cleaner in your list of things you will need. Is that just a mistake?
