How to Add a Facebook Link to CubeCart

You can add a Facebook link to CubeCart without knowing HTML.

CubeCart is a shopping cart application that helps you sell your digital or tangible products to customers online. As of August 2011, the default installation of CubeCart does not offer built-in integration with Facebook, Twitter or any other social networking websites. You can work around this issue by manually adding your Facebook page link to your CubeCart homepage or product pages through your website's CubeCart administration page.

Instructions

1. Open your browser and visit your Facebook page or group.

2. Right-click on the URL of your Facebook page and select "Copy."

3. Open a new browser tab. Log into the administration control panel on your CubeCart website using your username and password.

4. Locate the Documents heading on the left side of the screen. Click on the "Homepage" link beneath the heading.

5. Click in the text box where you want your Facebook link to appear. Create the text you wish to use for your link.

6. Use your cursor to highlight the text for the link. Click on the "Insert/Edit Link" icon above the text box.

7. Right-click in the URL text box and select "Paste."

8. Click on the "Paste" icon near the text box to paste your Facebook link into the text box. Click on the "OK" button.

9. Click on the "Update Homepage" button to add your Facebook link.
