How to Use Make Up for Bruising
Visible bruises can be ugly and bring down your confidence. Covering up a bruise with makeup is easy; it only requires a few products and should not take more than five minutes. Things You'll Need
- Liquid foundation
- Yellow tinted concealer
- Translucent setting powder
- Makeup sponge

Apply your liquid foundation all over the bruised area using your makeup sponge. Blend foundation completely, making sure there is no visible line where you stopped applying the foundation.

Dab or squeeze out concealer onto your index finger; use a tapping motion to apply the concealer around the center of the bruise, working your way outwards and making sure to blend the edges into your skin.

Apply the translucent setting powder all over your face to set the makeup in place.

Tips & Warnings
Use a concealer with a green tint for red bruises, a yellow tint for purple or blue and a purple tint for yellow or brown.
If the first layer of concealer does not cover your bruise, apply a second layer.
Bring your concealer and setting powder with you when going out in case you have to make any touch-ups.
