How to Get to the Lair of Romulus in "Brotherhood"
"Assassins Creed: Brotherhood" follows the story of master assassin Ezio as he tries to liberate Rome from the control of a tyrant. Along the way, he explores the megaliths of Roman history as well as its dark underbelly. Towards the middle of the game, he'll receive a secondary mission to go up against the Romulans. To complete his mission, he must enter the Lair of Romulus, which isn't available until he starts this mission.

Walk to the Colosseum. In the game, it is called Il Colosseo, and it is located in the center of town. It is the most visible structure in the game. You can see it on the horizon from anywhere else in the city.

Enter the Colosseum and walk the circumference of the first level. On the minimap, you'll see an X over the entrance to the Lair of Romulus. You'll spot a door next to a table.

Enter the door and you'll descend into the Lair of Romulus.
