How Do You List Your Photos & Sell Your Jewelry in Craigslist?

Navigate to the Craigslist website at www.craigslist.org.

Click on the "Post to Classifieds" link on the top left of the screen. Then click on the "For Sale" box and finally click on "Jewelry."

Fill in the information about your jewelry. In the top box, enter a title for your post (for example, "Jewelry For Sale.") Enter a price in the price box and a location in the next box. Then in the large text box, enter a description of the jewelry. Be as detailed as possible in this description giving information about the piece.

Choose the "Add/Edit Image" button on the bottom of the page. From this box, click on the "Choose File" button. This will allow you to search your computer for the images that you want to upload. Once you find the image that you want to upload, select it. The interface allows you to upload as many as four images.

Press the "Continue" button and you will be given the opportunity to preview your listing and confirm it. Craigslist will send you an email. In the email, click on the link to verify the listing. At that point, your listing is displayed live on Craigslist. It may take a few minutes for your post to show up on the site.

Include as many pictures as possible with your listing. Buyers like to see multiple pictures of the jewelry before they will consider buying it.
Selling items on Craigslist carries with it some risk. Meet any potential buyers in a public place and do not invite them over to your house to view the jewelry.
