Update to the most current version of BIND to avoid security issues.

Install the BIND -- Berkeley Internet Name Daemon -- version 9.5.0 Domain Name Service software on a Windows Server 2008 computer to simplify network administration when all other DNS servers on the network are already running that version of BIND. BIND installation requires the creation of a service account prior to installing the BIND service. Use the "Local Users and Groups" and "Local Security Policy" utilities on the Windows Server 2008 operating system for BIND install preparation.
