How to Get Togepi in Pearl
In the "Pokemon" video games, Togepi is an egg-shaped creature that brings good luck to its trainer. Although it lacks offensive power and speed, Togepi excels in defensive strength. In addition, Togepi has a variety of support attacks, such as Follow Me, Bestow Safeguard and Wish, to aid your other Pokemon during battles. To obtain this Pokemon in "Pokemon Pearl," you must visit the Battle Zone in northeast Sinnoh.

Fly to the Fight Area village on the Battle Zone island. You can only enter the Battle Zone after you complete the Sinnoh Pokemon League.

Travel east from the village to reach Route 230.

Enter the water in the center of the route by using the Surf ability.

Swim eastward until you reach an island. Step onto the island via the stairs on its south side.

Turn on your Poke Radar. Grass will rustle in response to the device.

Walk to the patches of rustling grass until you encounter a wild Togepi. Togepi's appearance rate is 22 percent, and you can expect it to be around level 18.

Weaken the wild Togepi with attacks, but don't knock it out. Togepi is weak to Fighting-type moves.

Throw a PokeBall to capture the wild Togepi.

Tips & Warnings
Once Togepi's happiness value is at its maximum, it evolves into Togetic. When Togetic comes into contact with a Shiny Stone, it evolves into Togekiss.
