How to Make a Power Ranger Costume in 5 Minutes
The Power Rangers are teenagers with special fighting abilities who battle evil forces. They wear full, single-color body suits, so making a Power Ranger costume quickly is not too difficult. The male Power Rangers wore blue, black or red, and the female Power Rangers wore yellow or pink. You will just need to color-coordinate the top and bottom pieces of the costume to make a "bodysuit," and then complement the suit with a face mask or helmet and "weapon" accessory.

- Colored sweatpants
- Long-sleeved colored T-shirt
- Scissors
- Fabric glue
- White felt
- White gloves
- White shoes
- Colored headgear and face mask

Match a pair of sweatpants with a long-sleeved T-shirt of the same color. The bodysuit should be blue, black or red for a male Power Ranger, and yellow or pink for a female Power Ranger.

Cut out four large white felt diamonds, about eight inches per side, and glue them around the torso of the long-sleeved T-shirt. One diamond should go on the front of the shirt, one on the back of the shirt and one on each side of the shirt.

Glue white felt rectangles around the wrist area of the long-sleeved shirt, and white felt "boots" to the ankle area of the colored sweatpants. These should tie in to the white gloves and white shoes that will be worn to complete the costume.

If possible, use headgear and a face mask that matches the color of the costume bodysuit to function as the Power Ranger helmet. You can use accessories, such as ski goggles and a lightweight helmet, then complete the look by having your Power Ranger carry a "weapon," such as a fake blade, to bring the costume to life.
