How to Change Headers in PayPal Carts
PayPal gives you the flexibility of changing the PayPal cart header so that your business's branding is present throughout the entire checkout process. You can change your header whenever you wish. Log in to your PayPal account. Click "Profile." Click "My Selling Tools."

Select "Custom Payment Pages."

Click "Add" to make a new custom page profile.

Name the page style. Link to your page logo graphic. Paypal requires the graphic to be 190 by 60. Define the cart content colors using a hex code in the "Cart Area Gradient Color:" field. Insert the link to your header banner, which can be no larger than 750 by 90. Enter a hex code for the background of the header and the border.
