Call Delta SkyMiles customer service at 1-800-323-2323.

Tell the customer service representative that you would like to change your reward ticket reservation. Provide the customer service representative with the confirmation number you received at the time you booked your ticket.

Pay the fee. As of August 2011, Delta charges a $150 fee to make changes to a reward reservation. Give the customer service representative your credit card information to complete the change to your SkyMiles reward ticket.
