How to Put CSS in SDK

Counter-Strike: Source, commonly called CSS, is an online first-person shooter (FPS) action game developed and published by Valve Software. After playing CSS, some people want to make their own maps to share with others. Valve provides a software development kit, or SDK, to facilitate the creation of custom CSS content.
