      Clean the silicone baking mold with warm water and soap and dry it thoroughly to prepare the surface for greasing.

      Spray the silicone mold with short bursts of nonstick spray or use a paper towel to spread a thin layer of cooking oil onto the mold.

      Add a light layer of flour for cake batters and breads. This is not used for congealed foods.
