Instructions

    • 1

Measure your neck with the elastic string.

    • 2

Add 2 inches to the string for space to tie it, then cut it.

    • 3

Separate the candy beads into different bowls by color.

    • 4

String the candy beads onto the elastic string in any color pattern you like. Try making a rainbow pattern by using red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple beads. Or you can alternate colors such as blue and green. Use special colors to signify holidays, such as red and pink for Valentine's Day.

    • 5

Leave 1 inch on each end for tying.

    • 6

Put the choker around your neck to make sure it fits and tie the ends into a very tight double knot. Leave about 1 inch of extra space so that the choker is not too tight and you can take it off with ease. Cut off any extra string.

Tips & Warnings

  • Elastic string works best because you can take the choker on and off without having to untie it.

  • Make sure the choker is not too tight, as it can cut off the circulation at the neck. If you start to feel dizzy, or the candy digs into your skin, remove the choker.
