How to Get Customers to Post Testimonials on a Facebook Wall
Many company's Facebook pages look very bleak and empty. They give the appearance that the business has an unenthusiastic or small client base. Testimonials help fill this void on Facebook page and bolster online credibility. You can get customers to write testimonials by asking them via email, offering a discount in exchange for a testimonial and mentioning it within your company's advertisements and literature.

Email your customer subscriber list and ask them to post a quick testimonial on your Facebook wall. Many of the customers on your email subscribers list likely have a Facebook and use it regularly. Send out a heartfelt email to them asking to take a few minutes and write a short testimonial on your company's Facebook wall. Make sure you provide a direct link to the Facebook page within the email. Do not be too pushy in your pitch. Approach the email as you asking your customer's for a quick favor in exchange for the service you have provided them.
