How to Download Trailers Instead of Streaming
In the Internet age, movie studios often make their films' trailers available for free viewing online. You can watch trailers on many different sites, including YouTube and Hulu, but only some sites allow you to download a trailer to your computer so you can store and watch it without connecting to the Internet. You can use your browser's "Save Link As" command to save a trailer to your hard drive.

1
Point your browser to a site that offers movie trailer downloads. Trailers.apple.com contains high-definition copies of many recent trailers, organized into a searchable database; Empiremovies.com/trailers posts trailers for new movies as they are released; and Trailerfreaks.com contains a database similar to Apple's.

2
Find the download link for the trailer. On Apple's site, this appears in the "Watch Now" drop-down menu; on others, it will appear as a link on the trailer's page.

Right-click a link or menu item, then click "Save Link As." Select a location to save the trailer and click "Save" to begin the download.
