How to Insert HTML Into an Entourage Email Signature

Microsoft Entourage's eighth version included an option in all of the composition text fields for adding HTML attributes to format text, including the field for composing a signature. The button is located near the top of the composition field and acts as a toggle switch for enabling or disabling HTML formatting. Once the button is clicked, the HTML editing buttons along the top of the window become visible and allow you to add styles to the text.

Instructions

    • 1

Launch Microsoft Entourage on your Mac, click "Tools" in the menu bar and select "Signatures."

    • 2

Double-click the signature in the menu that you want to edit with HTML. If you are creating a new signature with HTML, click "New."
