How to Tone Yellow Hair
Toner is used in conjunction with hair dye and bleach for blond hair to minimize the yellow tint effect that the hair sometimes gets. The use of toner can color-correct hair, such as brassy (orange), to the desired shade of blond. Toner can also be used to refresh blond hair between major bleach jobs. Mixing toner properly with developer will help keep your hair blond longer and save a trip to the hair salon. Does this Spark an idea?
