How to Make a Poke Disappear on Facebook
Make a "poke" disappear on Facebook if you don't want to reciprocate a poke someone sends you. Pokes on Facebook are one of the original means of interaction on the site, meant to simulate poking someone while sitting in class or walking by in the hall. Poking can connote flirting as well, so one reason not to acknowledge a poke is to discourage someone you aren't interested in from flirting with you.
