How to Make a Path File in Google Earth
Google Earth is a virtual 3D mapping and geospatial information application. It is available free of charge as a browser plug-in or it can be downloaded as a standalone application. Google Earth gives users the ability to navigate virtual terrains and save these routes as paths within the application interface. Making a path in Google Earth involves drawing a route on the map and then saving it as a location entry in the "My Places" folder.
