Select and open your photo-editing application. Microsoft Paint and Photoshop are programs available for editing images.

Design your Blogger banner to fit your banner area. This may require some trial and error, as the Blogger template doesn't give the size of the area available for your banner.

Save the file as a GIF, PNG or JPG file to upload it to Blogger.
