Visit the following page after signing in to your account: Facebook.com/username.

Write down or copy the username shown in the "Your Username Is Already Set" section. The username itself comes after the Facebook.com URL. If you don't have a Facebook vanity URL yet, you'll be shown a different screen that asks you to create one. Either way, this username serves as your Facebook mail ID.
