- Canister vacuum with brush attachment or broom with fine, exploded ends
- Soft rags
- Mineral spirits

Thoroughly vacuum the floor using a brush attachment. If you don't have an appropriate vacuum cleaner, sweep the floor with a broom that has fine, exploded ends designed to trap dust.

Thoroughly scrub the floor with a soft rag dampened with mineral spirits to remove caked dust and dirt that sweeping didn't pick up.
