How to Link to Facebook to Increase Page Rank

Facebook Fan Pages allow business owners and organizations the opportunity to interact and share news with fans for free. When a Facebook member "likes" your page, they become a fan and receive your post updates in their mini feed. You can link your Facebook Fan Page to your business website to create a linkback. The more linkbacks that your site has, the more relevant it becomes in search engines, and the higher the page rank it receives.

Instructions

1. Log in to your Facebook Fan Page.

2. Click the "Add Like Box" button located in the center of the page.

3. Click "Get Code" under "Facebook Page URL."

4. Press the "Ctrl" and "A" keys inside the "iFrame" window to select all the code. Press the "Ctrl" and "C" keys to copy the code.

5. Open your webpage in your chosen HTML editor. Notepad is a simple text editor you can use to edit and add HTML code.

6. Press the "Ctrl" and "V" keys to paste the Facebook Fan Page code into your webpage.

7. Upload your Web page to your hosting server.
