How to Burn Only a Portion of a Song
To burn only a portion of a song to a CD or DVD, you first need to create a shortened copy of the song. If you already use iTunes you can do this in the music library, then burn the song from there. If you don't have iTunes you can use an online service such as SmartMP3.net or CutMP3.net by uploading your song, cutting it and then downloading the shortened copy. Each of these solutions is free. There is no registration needed to use SmartMP3.net or CutMP3.net.
