"Angry Birds" is a very popular game released for the iPhone and iPad. The goal of the game is to destroy all of the pigs in a level using a variety of birds, each with its own special powers. The birds are launched using a slingshot-device; you use the touch screen to pull the bird back and launch. "Angry Birds" is very addictive because of the various ways you can complete a level, thanks to the game's realistic physics engine. When you maximize the amount of points you can get in a level, you will get a three-star rating for that level.

Learn what type of blocks are susceptible to which birds. To complete the level as quickly as possible, you must know that the yellow bird is best to go through wooden blocks, whereas the bomb bird is best for destroying large enclosures.

Use the blocks to your advantage. If you knock a block onto a pig, it will still destroy it, counting toward your score.

Use as few birds as possible. The more birds you have leftover after each level, the more points you will receive. With each extra bird giving you 10,000 extra points, this is the key to maximizing your score.
