How to Keep an Afro Moist
Tightly coiled and textured afro hair requires a lot of attention and care to stay moist and healthy. The natural oils produced by the scalp have a hard time traveling from the hair follicle through the curled hair and rarely make it to the ends. Frequently moisturizing an afro ensures that the ends, usually the most dry and brittle part of the hair, get enough moisture to stay healthy. A little moisture everyday can replace frequent washing and allow you to maintain your hairstyle. Does this Spark an idea?
