How to Attach a Clamp on a Heat Lamp
Heat lamps are a necessity for cold-blooded or young feathered pets. A heat lamp is a form of lamp that concentrates heat directly into a cage and provides warmth for the animals inside. A heat lamp can typically be purchased from a hardware store, but the clamp for holding the lamp on a cage is sold separately and must be attached to the heat lamp.

Unscrew the metal bolt of the heat lamp with your hand so the loop is large enough to slip the lamp into.

Place the neck of the lamp into the loop and tighten the bolt so it firmly holds the lamp in place.

Position the clamp pinchers on the edge of the your cage and plug in the lamp.
