How to Accept All of Your Changes in a Paragraph
Microsoft Word 2010 can keep track of changes applied to a saved document. The colored markings on the document indicate changes that have been made to it; each person who works on the document has their own color for their changes. Changes can include inserted or deleted text and formatting changes. A reviewing pane also lists changes by type, such as moves and comments. When you want to accept the changes, you can access the review commands to update the paragraph or document.
