How to Tell Who Buys Something From You in PayPal
Using PayPal to take the hassle out of authorizing credit cards or waiting for paper payments can mean the difference between getting your items out to buyers within minutes, not days. If you sell a lot, or frequently, your email inbox could become cluttered with "You have received a payment" notices from PayPal. Because payment emails come from PayPal, which acts as a sort of escrow holder and intermediary, you can't tell immediately who has sent you payment when you look at the list of messages in your inbox. You must view each PayPal message to do the detective work of searching for a buyer's name.
