How to Get Togekiss in Pearl
"Pokemon: Pearl" has a cast of hundreds of Pokemon. Togekiss is the final evolution of the rather demanding Togepi line, and since the player cannot catch a fully grown Togekiss, he must instead raise one himself. In order to do so, the player has to level up a Togepi at full Happiness Points, transforming it into a Togetic. By giving the Togetic a Shiny Stone, he can make a full blown Togepi.

Travel to Route 230. It's located west of Route 1 and east of Route 229.

Wander around until you encounter a Togepi. Attack it until its health turns yellow or red, and then throw Pokeballs until you've caught it.

Max out the Togepi's Happiness. You can do this by giving it a massage at Veilstone City and the Pokemon Resort, by winning battles with it, and by simply walking around with it in your active party.

Place the Togepi in the front of your party and fight battles until it levels up. It will evolve into a Togetic.

Travel to Route 228. It's north of Route 229 and west of Route 226.

Grab the Shiny Stone just past the short bridge. Use the Shiny Stone on your Togetic and it will evolve into a Togekiss.
